7 Year-Old Video Of A Pakistani Minister's Wardrobe Malfunction Trends On YouTube

A seven year-old video of a Pakistani Minister's pants going down to the sound of a gunshot was trending on Youtube. The video was uploaded by many channels in the past one week but most missed mentioning the crucial point - the date of the event when it actually happened.

Most videos mention that the minister in question was current Pakistani defence minister Khawaja Asif but comments below the original video suggest it might have been then Punjab governor Salman Taseer.
