Ayurvedic, Homeopathic Doctors Move SC Asking Postponement Of AIAPGET
Ayurvedic and homeopathic doctors have filed an appeal in the Supreme Court asking for postponement of the All India AYUSH Post Graduate Entrance Test (AIAPGET) to be held on August 29 due to the COVID-19 pandemic, reports PTI. The petitioners state in their plea that after appearing for the entrance exam, they will have to be in quarantine for two weeks as per local rules. That will lead to a scarcity of medical professionals as many of the exam givers are also working as doctors in COVID-19 hospitals to combat the pandemic.
