Four deaths after COVID-19 vaccination

Four health workers have died post receiving COVID-19 vaccination across the country. The government, however, believes that none of the deaths were due to vaccination. 

One person died each in Telangana and Uttar Pradesh, while two deaths occurred in Karnataka.
