India's Total Case Count Inches Towards 12 Lakh

India recorded 37,724 new COVID-19 cases in the last 24 hours as the total case count rose to 11,92,915. The number of active cases stands at 4,11,133 while 7,53,049 patients have been cured or discharged so far. The death toll stands at 28,732 after 648 patients succumbed to the disease.
