No Quarantine For Air Passengers Visiting Assam For 72 Hours

Air travellers visiting Assam for less than 72 hours will not have to undergo the mandatory quarantine measures if their rapid antigen test reports are negative for COVID-19, a state order says.

Passengers will also have to show their returning tickets to prove that they would be leaving the state in a period of 72 hours. Their swabs will be collected at the airport and if they test positive they will have to follow isolation and treatment measures.
