Several workers of the Indian National Congress' (Congress) information technology cell tweeted an image of a classroom at a government school in Delhi that was constructed in 2017 under the current Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) government in Delhi.
The image was tweeted by a Twitter user Manju Jadhav. The Hindi text on the image translates to, "Only Congress has given priority to education in Delhi. Delhi Pradesh Congress Committee" (Translated from Hindi - कांग्रेस ने ही दिल्ली में शिक्षा को प्राथमिकता दी)

Jadhav's Facebook bio states she is the state general secretary (IT CELL) Maharashtra at CVS Congress Vichardhara Sangathan.
Another Twitter user Pumpi Rajput Baghel, also tweeted the image. Baghel's Twitter bio states that she is the national social media coordinator at the National Students Union of India (NSUI), the Congress's official student union.

FACT-CHECK
The photo was called out by several Twitter users on Tuesday.
BOOM did a reverse image search and found that the image is from a Hindustan Times (HT) article, dated August 10, titled '900 students choose this Delhi govt school over private ones'.
The photograph was taken by Burhaan Kinu for
Sarvodaya co-ed senior secondary school in Rohini Sector 21 which opened on April 1, 2017.
Additionally, a Twitter user pointed out that the image was also used in the Delhi government's booklet for spoken English.
