A video of Prime Minister Narendra Modi meeting former Prime Minister Manmohan Singh is being shared with the false claim that Modi along with Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman met him to end the country's 'financial crisis'.
The video is viral in the backdrop of Singh's sharp criticism blaming the Modi government squarely for an economic slowdown.
"India has the potential to grow at a much faster rate, but the all-round mismanagement by the Modi government has resulted in this slowdown," Singh said in a video on September 1, 2019. (Read more about it here)
However, an old video of the two meeting each other is once again doing the rounds of Facebook.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi is currently in Russia on a two-day visit during which he will hold summit talks with Russian President Vladimir Putin and attend the Eastern Economic Forum.
Using keywords such as 'Modi meets Manmohan Singh' on YouTube, we found that the original video was from May 2014, when PM Modi had met Singh at his residence in Delhi after the 2014 general elections.
The video was uploaded by Narendra Modi official YouTube channel on May 27, 2014, and matches the viral video.
Additionally, Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman was not present in the 54 seconds video as claimed in the viral post.
