COVID-19 : How Are India's Hospitals Coping?

By - BOOM FACT Check Team | 6 April 2020 10:30 PM IST

'Increase in the number of cases more or less related to one incident,' says Dr. Girdhar Gyani, Director General, Association of Healthcare Providers to BOOM's Govindraj Ethiraj.

He further made a few very important points -

Tracing and testing has become one of the priorities to flatten the curve.

All the patients who come to the hospitals, even for special surgeries, must be tested.

Patients in Delhi are majorly accommodated in the Central hospitals which leaves the participation of the private hospitals far away.

Watch this episode of COVID-19 From The Frontlines to get to know more from Dr. Girdhar Gyani.
