A Twitter account named 'Hindu First' falsely claimed that
Bhim Army chief Chandrashekhar Azad's 'real' name is Naseemuddin Khan. Azad took to Twitter to rubbish the viral post.
The tweet which has gained around 1,500 retweets and 2600 likes on Twitter states, "Bhim Army leader Chandrasekhar Ravan's real name is Naseemuddin Khan. How many people knew this? This is a devious move by Muslims to divide Hindus"

In Hindi - "भीम आर्मी के नेता चंद्रशेखर रावण का असली नाम नसीमुद्दीन खान है! कितने लोगों को पता था ये? हिन्दुओं को तोडने की कुटिल मुस्लिम चाल."
The false claim is also viral on Facebook with the same caption. A Facebook user named 'Arun Kumar Shukla' shared the claim in a post which has gained around 1,900 shares.

Azad took to Twitter rubbishing the false claim tweeting, "I have not stopped laughing since I read this post. Well, the name Naseemuddin is not bad"
Azad responded to BOOM on Twitter and blamed Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) for the viral post. He said, "The BJP does these thing to defame me." ("ये भाजपा के लोग बदनाम करने के लिए ऐसी चीजें करवाते है")
