Residents Of Deghwar In Kashmir Trek Kilometers To Make Phone Call

Mobile connectivity is still a dream for the residents of Deghwar, Poonch district in Jammu & Kashmir as the villagers have to trek to another town to make a phone call - even in times of an emergency. Deghwar is home to 25,000 people but mobile connectivity promised under Modi Government's #DigitalIndia initiative is yet to reach them.
