A Russian hooligan has filmed chilling attacks on England fans ahead of their Euro 2016 clash in Marseille. The video, taken by a hi-tech camera attached to the ultra's waist, shows a large group of hooligans charging England fans using chairs, bottles and sticks as weapons.

French authorities said about 150 Russian fans took part in the violence in Marseille. UEFA has laid charges against Russia, accusing their fans of crowd disturbances, racist behaviour and throwing fireworks in the Marseille stadium. Russia has been handed a suspended disqualification and fined with a warning of elimination if violence is repeated.
