With the round of 16 in FIFA World Cup 2014 about to commence, Italy and Uruguay played their final fixture in the Group of death. In what looked like a gripping contest, Uruguay's striker Luis Suarez has been accused of biting Italian defender Giorgio Chiellini during Uruguay’s 1-0 victory.

 

Mexican official Marco Rodriguez did not take any action against Uruguay and Suarez. FIFA’s disciplinary committee has taken up the matter, and it looks like Suarez would be facing a long ban that would keep him out of the round of 16 and other matches in the world cup.
