Tamil Fishermen Threaten Protests After 21 Arrested By Lankan Navy

Fishermen in Tamil Nadu threatened massive protests demanding immediate release of those arrested by Sri Lankan Navy on April 27. The Sri Lankan navy had detained 21 Indian fishermen on charges of poaching and impounded three of their trawlers when they had gone fishing in the Gulf of Mannar.
