Three Indian Navy personnel arrested for running over pedestrian in Vishakhapatnam. The man was sleeping on the divider of a flyover bridge and was killed on the spot when the car hit him. The accused were arrested hours after the accident on May 29. All three men were drunk when the accident happened.

The officers work in the naval dockyard in Vizag, and though their car was badly damaged they escaped serious injury.
