BOOM recently came across several scam pages on Facebook using Anant Ambani's photo from a recent interview to lure people into clicking on fake links. These links led to dubious websites promising high returns on bitcoin investments. One of the fake articles claimed Anant Ambani made scandalous remarks during an interview, but this claim was false. The photo used clickbait and is from an unrelated interview with India Today's Rahul Kanwal, not CNBC as claimed. BOOM found that these links were scams, and were using Ambani's image to deceive users.
