England v India Series: BCCI Announces Squad For T20 and ODI Series, Rohit Sharma To Lead

On June 30, BCCI announced the Team India squad that will play against England for the upcoming T20I and ODI series. Rohit Sharma has been named captain for the white-ball format.
Sharma was ruled out of the historic Test match at Edgbaston against England after testing positive for Covid-19. The opener is currently maintaining isolation.
Virat Kohli and Jasprit Bumrah would be joining the team from the second T20I onwards, taking place on July 9 at Edgbaston, Birmingham.
Shikhar Dhawan will join the team for the ODI matches, starting from July 12. The first ODI would be taking place at The Oval, London.
Punjab bowler Arshdeep Singh has earned his maiden call-up for the ODI matches. Arshdeep was also a part of India's squad for the two-match T20I series against Ireland.
