Twitter’s Ex-CEO Parag Agrawal, 2 Others Sue Elon Musk
Twitter’s Ex-CEO Parag Agrawal, along with the company's former chief legal officer Vijaya Gadde and financial officer Ned Segal have claimed that Twitter owes them more than $1 million.
According to AFP, the court filing which cited this information also outlined numerous expenses of Twitter related to inquiries by the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and the Department of Justice (DOJ).
Musk fired Agrawal, Gadde, and Segal in late October 2022 after closing in on his $44 billion takeover deal of Twitter.
The three former executives claim Twitter is obligated to reimburse them but has done nothing more than acknowledge receipt of their invoices, the report said.
