Pinarayi Hits Back At Adityanath Over His 'UP Will Become Kerala' Remark

Adityanath on Thursday asked people to vote wisely or else the state would become 'Kashmir, Bengal or Kerala'. He said this while urging people to vote ahead of phase one voting in UP.

Hitting back at him, Kerala CM Pinarayi Vijayan said if UP turns into Kerala, no one would be murdered in the name of religion.

"If UP turns into Kerala as Yogi Adityanath fears, it will enjoy the best education, health services, social welfare, living standards and have a harmonious society in which people won't be murdered in the name of religion and caste. That's what the people of UP would want," he wrote in a tweet.
