Fact
BOOM found that the video was from 2015. The attacker, an engineering student back then, had been identified as Debashish Acharya. According to a report in The Telegraph, the youth had said, 'I am Khudiram's spirit. I shall be born again. Goodbye, Indians' while being shifted to the hospital after being thrashed by the TMC workers present at the rally. You can read more on the incident here and here.
